Why I built Craft Your Practice
Over the past fourteen years I built and ran a large private practice, supervised clinicians, and created educational programs for therapists. The business side of this work is not theory to me. I learned it firsthand, including all the parts no graduate program teaches.
Before any of that, I spent more than ten years as an educator. Teaching is how my brain works, which is why everything here feels less like a business course and more like sitting with someone who has already done it.
I built Craft Your Practice to be the resource I wish I'd had starting out. I am also the author of the Craft Your Practice books, and a part time artist who is happiest working with color. The shibori pieces you see across this site are mine.
